At EcoTools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid sustainable shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
